The opacity of a render target used in a material appears to get over written when previewing Android ES3.1 in PIE if the material is set to be translucent.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Open the project
  3. Play in Editor (Render target will blink between an 'X' and a target symbol)
  4. Stop PIE
  5. Enable Android Preview ES3.1 (Settings > Preview Rendering level > Android ES3.1 )
  6. Play In Editor (After Shaders have compiled)

Results: The Render target will not be visible (it appears that the alpha is over written)
Expected: The Render target would be rendered the same in both PIE and PIE with the Android Preview ES3.1 enabled
