Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open ActionRPG project.
  2. Go to ES31 preview mode.
  3. Double click a static mesh in the ContentBrowser.

The editor view will get much darker.

The UWorld.RecreateScene  was called and all the FRenderResource were recreated, but the FLightmapResourceCluster were not updated after that.

I think it should not recreate the FRenderResource which were already initialized with the same FeatureLevel.
