When you Click the Arrow down to the right of the Launch On button, The texture format for an Android device is showing as a jumbled mix of numbers and letters and not in any specific format.
1) Load up a new Blueprint template project (Template does not matter)
2) When the project loads, connect your Android device to your computer
3) Click the dropdown next to the Launch on button in the Toolbar.
3) Be sure to wait a few seconds as the Editor recognizes the device attached.
4) Look at the Format in the Parenthesis next to the device name
