When a child BP is used to with a skeletal mesh to play an animation set in the parent, the animation will play in editor and in standalone but will not play in a packaged game.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open UE4 Editor (any project)
2. Import skeletal mesh and animation
3. Create AnimBP to play the animation
4. Create a BP based on character (Named Parent)
5. In the defaults tab set Animation Mode to "Use Animation Blueprint" and set Anim Blueprint Generated Class to the AnimBP
6. Create a BP based on Parent (Named Child)
7. In the defaults tab set the Mesh to the imported mesh
8. Add an instance of Child to the level
9. Package the project for windows and run
