When the console command "Stereo On" is used to start a game in fullscreen, objects in the level appear with a slight blur. Pressing Alt+Enter will "refresh" the screen and eliminate the blur effect.
1. Open UE4 Editor (any project)
2. In the level blueprint add nodes for Event Begin Play and Execute Console Command
3. Set the console command node to the "Stereo On" Command and wire nodes together
4. Launch in a stand alone window
