BP instances placed in level cannot have their components' collision profiles modified to anything other than default and custom.
Note that this did not occur in 4.22 (after applying the separate fix for [Link Removed])
Create a new Actor BP.
In the BP add a static mesh component.
Place an instance of the BP in a level.
Try changing the BP's static mesh component's collision profile.
Notice: Changing the profile to anything other than default and custom have no effect and after changing it to custom, changes to the BP's profile still propagate to the instance.
Expected: To be able to change collision profiles of instances.
