Rotating a landscape with a heightmap causes lightmass to break, rendering black splotches across terrain after building lighting.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Editor (any project)
2. Press landscape mode, import a heightmap from file and press "create"
3. Switch to placement mode, select landscape
4. Switch to rotate tool, rotate x axis by 180 degrees
