A crash is occurring in this users project when you open one of the Room Blueprints in the users project.
Unable to recreate unless using the users project.

1) Download the project that is linked in the Description
2) Unzip the file and place the project into your Unreal Project Folder
3) Open the Preview 4 build of UE4
4) Locate this project in your browser and open it
5) When the project loads, locate the Content Browser
6) In the Content Browser, open this folder path: JanGJFld>2DSideScrollerBP>Blueprints>Rooms
7) Double click on any of the Blueprints in that folder
