When changing a property on a large number of textures via the Property Matrix, memory usage can spike to over 26G.

Tested in Main (Promotable-CL-2423505)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any project
2. Import a large amount of textures (tested with over 300)
3. Select all of the textures in the Content Browser
4. Right-Click > Asset Actions > Property Matrix
5. Change the Compression Settings from Default to UserInterface2D

The editor will hang as memory slowly spikes up to 26G+. This may eventually crash the editor in some systems (as reported by user).
