BoxCollision component must be simulating physics in order for collision and hit events to work.
Note: This testbed doesn't contain print outs of the hit events due to an existing bug with adding events in Main. https://jira.ol.epicgames.net/browse/UE-8391
1. Download, unzip, & open the attached testbed "AMain_BoxComponents.zip"
2. Search the Content Browser for 'bpBoxComponent'
3. Double-click to open the bp
4. Take note of the settings for the 2 components, both BoxCollisions
Results: Even though it is set to BlockAll, the LargeBox component doesn't have collision
Expected: For the LargeBox component to have collision and hit events
