Post processing has stopped working for the majority of features in the settings.

1. Open included Project from link above with 4.5.1
2. Adjust the post process setting
Notes: This is a 4.5 project. It is also a source build project that cannot be upgraded to later versions without some code changes that I'm not aware of how to do myself (not a programmer). The post process volume is set to have a red-hue through out.
Migrating just the map to a new project will show correctly.
