Steps to Reproduce
  • In the static mesh editor , edit a static mesh so that its collision ( Cube, capsule or convex ) has a rotation¬†
  • Place 2 of those cubes in a scene
  • Scale one negatively on one or multiple axis
  • Enable show collision

Observe that the orientation of the collision shape is not set properly in the negatively scaled version , resulting in wrong collision
