Stationary Lights are generating shadows with flickering black square and vanish shadows altogether on movable objects in the Preview of 4.7p6 and in the newest Release Branch of 4.7 (2439472).
The error is corrected in Main Promotable-CL-2438216
For a stationary directional light, you can fix this error by changing the Cascading Stationary Distance from 0 to any value.
1. Open attached MovableShadowTest.uproject
2. Move the camera toward the HeroTTP orange figure or back Box and Sphere.
RESULTS: Shadows begin to flicker and generate black rectangular artifacts.
EXPECTED: Shadows properly do not generate any errors.
