This does not occur in 4.25.4 Binary and is a regression.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Epic Launcher to the Unreal Engine tab
  2. Click the 'Launch Unreal Engine 4.26.0' button
  3. Create a First Person C++ Project in UE4Editor named "IncrementalTest"
  4. Switch to the IDE after the project launches
  5. Build the project for Development Editor in Xcode
  • Games > IncrementalTest in left browser
  • Select project and ensure it is set to use Development Editor for command-line builds
  • Product > Build or command+B

Result: Build fails with a Shell Invocation Error in
Expected Result: Build completes successfully
