Power of two non square texture make UE4 crash in Material Instance and in engine resize when it's set in VT

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a blank project in the editor and enable Virtual Texture Support
  2. Restart the Editor
  3. Import a power of two non square texture (8192x4096 for instance) (in attachments)
  4. Right-click the texture and convert it to a Virtual Texture
  5. Open the new Virtual Texture
  6. Under compression in the details panel, expect it and change Maximum Texture Size to 512
    Result: Editor crashes
    Expected: Editor is able to change it to 512 without crashing

No callstack in the project log
