I was attempting to do some reorganization and received a cryptic error when one of the assets could not be saved. Everything compiled cleanly and could be saved, just not moved.
Eventually I figured out that there were some breakpoints in the blueprint graph. Deleting them allowed me to move the asset

There are no known steps to reroduce how to get the BP in a bad state, so to repro this you have to check out the asset at a specific revision mentioned in the description
