Description

Regression: external owned spawned actors stays in 4.25 & 4.25 plus

but it is removed from 4.26P5, 4.26P6, 4.26P7

Steps to Reproduce

1) Create a new level sequencer

2) Add a new actor (i.e. cube) into the scene

3) Make track with the actor in the level sequencer

4) Set the actor spawnable

5) Set the actor owned external (spawned object owner > External)

6) Play the sequencer PIE

Expected: the actor stays when the movie is finished.

Result: the actor is removed.
