Media doesn't play from the beginning on android

Media doesn't play from the beginning on android

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Build an APK from the "MovieTest" project.
  2. Install the APK.
  3. Launch it and click the "Play" button for several times.

The media doesn't play from the beginning each time we play it.
According the feedback from the licensee, the issue probably only occurs on Xi Mi Android 9 and above devices, probably it is a device specific issue.
