Description

It seems that when setting the Max Depenetration Velocity to a non-zero value, you are then unable to set it back to 0.

Tested in //UE4/Release-4.25 @ CL 14469661 and this did not occur so marking as a Regression

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Make a new empty project
  2. Open Project Settings > Physics
  3. Under Simulation, change "Max Depenetration Velocity" to an arbitrary value like 1.5
  4. Close Unreal Editor
  5. Reopen the project
  6. Open Project Settings > Physics
  7. Change "Max Depenetration Velocity" to 0.0
  8. Close Unreal Editor
  9. Reopen the blank project
  10. Open Project Settings > Physics

RESULT:
Max Depenetration Velocity is still set to 1.5

EXPECTED:
Max Depenetration Velocity would be set to 0.0
