This issue occurs when using an image with RichTextBlockImageDecorator for RichTextBlock.
This displays RichTextBox of RetainerBox and RichTextBox as it is.
In the case of UMG Editor, the image is rendered at the same position, but when playing, it is rendered at a different position and ratio.
