The Displayed Render Target Textures are not accurately resizing when the Game is played in Fullscreen mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open BlueprintOffice Project
2. Play as Standalone Game
3. Move to the right back camera control space
4. While watching the Scene Capture's of the cameras, enable fullscreen mode (Alt-Enter or console command 'fullscreen')

RESULTS: Scene Captures are stretched oddly when in Fullscreen mode

EXPECTED: No difference between Fullscreen and Windowed mode.
