Steps to Reproduce
  • Enable the project's Realtime raytracing feature
  • New a Default map
  • Put a plane mesh and assign a Single layer water material on it
  • Place a cylinder nearby to cast shadows on it
  • Make sure the directional light can cast raytracing shadow
  • The plane doesn't receive any raytracing shadows

You can turn off raytracing shadow by using Console command r.RayTracing.ForceAllRayTracingEffects 0 to see the plane can receive CSM
