This issue seems to be occurring on a variety of Nvidia cards. So far, I haven't seen any indication that it is affecting AMD graphics cards. The majority of the reports have indicating that the problem appears when working in Blueprints for an extended period of time. It seems that rolling back to Nvidia driver 460.89 fixes the issue. Also, restarting the editor resolves the issue as well.
RESULT:
The editor menus start flickering and turn black or disappear entirely.
EXPECTED:
The editor UI doesn't experience graphical glitches with extended use.
