Description

A level will not save if a Blueprint that uses a Blueprint Component with an Event Dispatcher is placed in it.

Reproduced in 4.7.2 binary. Could not test in Main due to [Link Removed]

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any project
2. Create a new Character Blueprint
3. Add New Blueprint Script Component > Actor Component
4. Add an Event Dispatcher to the BP Component
5. Place the Character BP in the level
6. Save

Result:

Can't save D:/4.7_Projects/BugTests/Content/Maps/Example_Map.umap: Graph is linked to private object(s) in an external package.
