Steps to Reproduce

Download the licensee repro here - [Link Removed]

Either use the cook_development_client_win64.cmd provided by the licensee, or extract and run the buildcookrun command from inside it (A simple buildcookrun command for packaging works too).

UAT will crash with the callstack highlighted.
