Cannot use a material instance to "Replace Reference" when deleting a material that is assigned to an image widget

Material Instances are not given as options when assigning a replacement material to a UMG image widget after the original material was deleted.

1. Download attached project
2. Open project
3. Delete "NewMaterial3" (The purple one) but do not confirm yet
4. Try to select the material instance called "InstanceThatShallNotBeNamed" as a replacement (Using the drop down above the replace references button)
5. Notice the material instance is not an option
