"Serializable for package" warning being spammed in the output logs

When a user packages their project they are getting lots of warnings such as the following:

LogClass:Warning: Property Image_0 of InnerWidgetLV2_C is not serializable for package: ../../../../../Downloads/UMGSeritest/Content/testmaterial/imagewid.uasset

1. Download project
2. Open project
3. Launch for Windows so that it builds
4. Look through the output logs to find the errors noted in the attached picture

UMG - 4.7 Non-Transient became Transient and produces serialization warnings.
