Description

Issue happens on meshes loaded from FBX and used to create a ProceduralMeshComponent with CreateMeshSection_LinearColor function

Steps to Reproduce

Compile and open provided project on the 'test' map and view the World Normal buffer visualization when simulating or PIEing. Notice how the world normals are changing directions on the drill bit.
