The LaunchURL blueprint node is not functioning when using non-default browsers in API level 30 on Android Devices. Another licensee reports that the default browser may not be relevant, as any browser was not functioning for the same reason.

From Licensee:

A test built from the standard Third-Person template did work when targeting Android API level 28, but it appears that this fails when targeting API level 30. From some initial reading ([Link Removed]) it appears that the rules for launching URLs on Android have changed. Problem is Google Play store is requiring API level 30 for anything submitted after this month.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Use Target API Level 30
  2. In phone settings, go to Default apps->Browser app. Choose something other than the default browser.
  3. Run Launch URL from the game.
  4. Notice how the browser will not launch
