Copying and pasting event tracks will break endpoint bindings

See linked UDN for more info. There appears to be an issue with mismatching parents when copying causing this to fail.

1. Create a level sequence
2. Add an event track to the sequence
3. Add a key and event binding for the key
4. Copy the track
5. Create a new level sequence
6. Paste the track into the new sequence

RESULT

The new track will have a greyed out event key, that will not have an event binding.
