The Post Process setting "Screen Percentage" does not seem to work at all.
After looking at the example provided in the documentation highlighting the Content Examples map with this feature, I was unable to get the screen percentage to show any visual change.
1. Open the Content Examples map 'PostProcessing'
2. Go to example 1.13 PostProcessing - Screen Percentage
3. Click on the post process volume and change the Screen Percentage value to any value.
4. Notice how there is no visual change in Screen Percentage
