Nanite meshes still show in editor "Game View" with "Hidden In Game" enabled
Steps to Reproduce
Open any project
In the editor viewport, add an empty actor to the scene with a static mesh component whose mesh has nanite enabled (it doesn't matter which).
On the static mesh component of the actor, check "hidden in game" under the rendering tab
Hit 'G' or toggle "Game View" in the editor's Viewport options, and notice the static mesh still shows. If you disable nanite, the mesh disappears in game view as expected.
