Steps to Reproduce

Preparation

  1. Prepare an h264 mp4 file.
  2. Create a FileMediaSource asset and specify the mp4 file from step 1.
  3. Create a new sequencer and add a MediaTrack.
  4. In the sequencer's Tick interval settings, open the AdvanceOption and set DesiredTickInterVal to 30 fos.
  5. Specify the FileMediaSoure asset created in step 2 to the MediaTrack created in step 3.
  6. Create a new MediaTexture and specify it to the MediaTrack created in step 3.
  7. Assign the MediaTexture created in step 5 to an appropriate Mesh so that you can check the video playback results.
  8. D&D the sequencer created in step 3 to the level and enable AutoPlay.
In short, set up the sequencer to play the video when you PIE, and set the tick interval for the sequencer.

  2. Quit PIE once.
  3. Open the Plug-in Manager and enable AppleProResMedia.
  4. Restart the editor.
  5. Start PIE and play the video.
  6. Make sure the video is playing at double speed.
