First Person Template content is not available to be added to another project

First Person Template content cannot be added to another project through the "Add Feature or Content Pack" function. This occurs in both 5.0-Early Access 2 and 4.27.1

Tested in //UE4/Release-4.26 @ CL 15973114 and this did not occur, so marking as a Regression

1. Create a Third Person Template
2. Click the Add button in the Content Drawer
3. Select "Add Feature or Content Pack"

RESULT:

**The first person template content is not available to import

EXPECTED:

Content from all of the templates would be available to import
