Image Media Source does not display properly on Mobile

Regression Unconfirmed, can't check issue in 4.26, because project can't be opened on that version.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open project in [Link Removed]
  2. Play in editor and notice unreal blue logo image sequence plays
  3. Launch on iOS or Android
  4. Notice the blue unreal logo image sequence does not play

 Alternatively, the steps in this tutorial can be used to reproduce the issue
