The keyed transform value will have the origin offset applied to it when it should not be. 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new sequence
  2. Add an actor to the sequence at the origin (e.g. drag a cube to make a spannable)
  3. Enable override instance data
  4. Select an actor not at the origin to be the Transform Origin Actor
  5. Add a key to the actor from step 2's transform section


The actor will be offset an additional transform origin, rather than remaining where it was. Each additional key will compound this.
