One of our customers reported on UDN that sphere trace in control rig only works with actor with the collision object type of "World Static".

Is that by design or a bug?

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a control rig blueprint asset and add a sphere trace node.
  2. Set start and end vector of sphere trace node just like the screenshot below. [Image Removed]
  3. You can find out that only when the object type of the actor in the scene is set to "World Static", the sphere trace will work correctly. [Image Removed][Image Removed]
  4. It is not convenience in many cases, such as tracing a dynamic door or a moving platform whose object type must be set to world dynamic for gameplay tracing.
