Event Track option is missing from the +Track within the Actor Sequencer Component's options

This a regression

Event Track option is missing from the +Track within the Actor Sequencer Component's options.

1. Create a Blueprint Actor
2. Add an Actor Sequencer Component to the Blueprint Actor
3. Select the Actor Sequencer then in the Details panel cllick Open in Tab
4. In the Sequencer tab click +Track (Under the Actions Section(Wrench)
5. Observe the available options

Expected Results:
One of the options should be Event Track.

Actual Results:
Event Track is missing from the options.
