Description

Scale, rotating, or translating Foliage causes the Foliage to flicker and become invisible when placed. Making several adjustments then undoing the last change causes the foliage to reappear with the previous changes intact.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Blank project with Starter Content
  2. Create a new OpenWorld level
  3. S.witch to Foliage Mode then add SM_Bush to the Foliage brush
  4. Paint some Foliage
  5. Change to the Select tool then select any of the foliage
  6. Scale, translate, or rotate the Foliage with the Gizmo

Expected Results:
Changes are reflected on the foliage and the foliage remains visible

Actual Results:

Foliage flickers, and when released becomes invisible BUT the changes are saved
