Description

The situation of using the new feature causes an old feature to stop working correctly making it a regression.

Selecting a spline point of a Spline Component using the 'Select Spline Points' buttons in the Spline's details panel causes issue when trying to manipulate the same or different spline point in the view port. It also prevents manipulating the spline points until the selection is cleared or until another actor is selected.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create or Open any project made in Preview 1
  2. Create a Blueprint Actor
  3. Add a Spline Component to the Blueprint then compile
  4. In the Level add the Blueprint to the world
  5. In the details panel of the Actor select the Spline Component
  6. Under Selected Points choose the 'Select Last Spline Point' option
  7. In the Viewport select any point of the Spline
  8. Use a Gizmo to manipulate the spline

Expected Results:
Either the spline point selected in the viewport or the spline point selected via the details panel is manipulated.

Actual Results:
The selection is reset and the entire spline is manipulated instead. In order to be able to manipulate the spline points afterwards something else must be selected in the world or the selection cleared; then the spline point must be reselected in the view port.
