'Open Help Url' on the 'DocumentaionLink' in templates leads to a private Youtube playlist from 4.8 instead of more recent documentation or updated videos.

1. Create a new Third Person project
2. Select the DocumentationLink actor either in the View Port or World Outliner
3. In the details panel select 'Open Help URL'
4. In the 'Open External Link' dialog select yes

Expected Results:
A link to either documentation regarding the chosen template, or to up to date videos.

Actual Results:
The link opens a private youtube playlist from pre 4.28
