VR Preview w. Net Mode Play As Client doesn't function as intended

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new VR Template Project
  2. In the Play Dropdown, select Net Mode -> Play As Client
  3. Play In VR

Results: HMD Orientation and Position isn't working

Expected: HMD Orientation and Position works the same as when Playing w. Net Mode -> Play Standalone
