Datasmith incorrectly imports 3Dxml files. In 4.27 and Early Access 2 the file imports correctly.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create or open a project made with Preview 2
  2. Enable Datasmith plugins and restart the editor
  3. In the Editor Select the Add Content button then Datasmith and File Import
  4. Import a .3Dxml file (see attachments)
  5. Observe the scene

Expected Results:
The 3Dxml file imports and appears in the scene with all of its data.

Actual Results:
The 3DXml file imports without any data and is just an empty actor in the scene.
