Crash on Build All Levels after a HLOD warning.

EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x00000000000000f0
Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new Third Person C++ or Blueprint Project with Starter Content
  2. Select Build/Build All Levels
  3. Select Either Build HLODs or Delete HLODs
  4. Press Okay on the warning message regarding HLODs
  5. Wait for the build to finish

Expected Results:
The Build finishes without issue.

Actual Result:
The Editor crashes
