Niagara particles with collision slide in the direction of World +Y-axis after the point they should have stopped. If the user uses multiple systems in the same spot all the emitters appear to bounce and move along the +Y-axis until they disappear.
Expected Result : Particles will roll to a stop after spawning
Actual Result : Particles will "bounce" along the ground and will not stop until despawned
