RootMotion of an animation asset is not retained when retargeting Root Motion Animation asset from UE4 to UE5. 

Steps to Reproduce

Repro Steps:

  1. Opened a RootMotionExample animation from //UE4/Release-4.27.2 EGL Live and migrated it to the Content Examples project in //UE5/Release-5.0 EGL Live. 
  2. Opened the UE5 Content Examples project and the RootMotionExample Animation Sequence in the Animation Editor.
  3. Enabled/disabled the 'EnableRootMotion' checkbox to ensure RootMotion was working correctly.
  4. Right clicked on the RootMotionExample animation and selected 'Retarget Animation Asset' --> Duplicate and Retarget Animation Assets.
  5. Selected the RTG_UE4Manny_UE5Manny IK Retargeter.
  6. Clicked on Retarget.
  7. Opened the new RootMotionExample animation.

Expected: Root Motion of the animation asset would be retained when enabling/disabling the 'EnableRootMotion' checkbox. 

Actual: Root Motion no longer occurs when 'EnableRootMotion' is checked.
