Massive memory leak occurs when using dx11 in the VR Template. The memory leak maxed at 18GB after hour and a half. This issue does not happen with dx12, Metal or Vulkan. Issue does not occur when Instance Stereo is turned off.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UE5 and create a VR Template
  2. Set default RHI to DirectX11
  3. Restart Engine
  4. Open task manager, click back into the engine's viewport
  5. Monitor for an hour

Actual Result: Massive memory leak occurs within the first hour of idle engine.
Expected Result: Engine caps the memory use so no memory leaks occur
