Creating a Packed Level Instance from an asset with a negative Scale Transform inverts normals.

Using Create Level Instance will not cause this to occur.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Place a basic cube into a project
  2. Set any scale axis to -1
  3. Right click the cube and select Level > Create Packed Level Actor
  4. Press OK and save the level and Asset

Actual Result : Cube is inverting normals when setting any scale axis to -1 using Packed Level Actor

Expected Result : Cube actors to visually match the source
