Creating a Packed Level Instance from an asset with a negative Scale Transform inverts normals.
Using Create Level Instance will not cause this to occur.
Actual Result : Cube is inverting normals when setting any scale axis to -1 using Packed Level Actor
Expected Result : Cube actors to visually match the source
