The viewport of a SceneCaptureCube with CubeRenderTarget attached while having a large body of water on the screen causes some video distortion.
While this does not occur in UE 4.27, the view is still different than the viewport as the SceneCaptureCube does not show any waves in the water.
Actual Result : Visual distortion and shimmering appears in CubeRenderTarget
Expected Result : CubeRenderTarget matches viewport
