Description

The viewport of a SceneCaptureCube with CubeRenderTarget attached while having a large body of water on the screen causes some video distortion. 

While this does not occur in UE 4.27, the view is still different than the viewport as the SceneCaptureCube does not show any waves in the water.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Enable the Water Plugin
  2. Create a blank project
  3. Add Water Body O.cean and move it so the water is not obstructed
  4. Add a SceneCaptureCube to the project
  5. Create a CubeRenderTarget and attach it to the SceneCaptureCube
  6. Ensure the SceneCaptureCube is above the water
  7. Edit CubeRenderTarget

Actual Result : Visual distortion and shimmering appears in CubeRenderTarget

Expected Result : CubeRenderTarget matches viewport
