When attempting to move a folder within the content browser to a different folder, a dialog screen appear to confirm the action. If you press the 'No' option, the assets will still completely load and save to the selected folder location.
I also noticed selecting the 'No' option instead creates a copy of the content, keeps the original content in its location, and moves the copy to the selected folder.
The expected result is either to allow the assets to completely load and not move the folder, or for the assets to cancel loading and no action is taken.
1. Create a new 'Third Person BP Project' with 'Starter Content'
2. Select the 'Starter Content' folder within the content browser and click-and drag it to a currently existing or a newly created folder.
3. Click the 'No' prompt.
4. Observe how the assets still load if not loaded already, and how a copy of the content is created and moved to the folder.
